The Pacific branch of the Intertropical Convergence Zone, interacting with a trough, a low-pressure system, moisture influx from the southeast of the country, and local convective processes, is creating unstable conditions that will generate light to moderate rain and some thunderstorms in parts of the departments of Amazonas, Antioquia, Atlántico, Bolívar, Boyacá, Caldas, Caquetá, Cauca, Cesar, Chocó, Córdoba, Guainía, Guaviare, Huila, Magdalena, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Quindío, Risaralda, Santander, Sucre, Tolima, Valle del Cauca, Vaupés, and Vichada. Occasional showers and lighter rain are expected in the departments of La Guajira, Arauca, Casanare, Cundinamarca, and Meta.
