Refocosta has made available to its employees, suppliers, and any third party a whistleblowing channel managed by Resguarda, through which irregularities, unethical behavior, or situations that do not promote an appropriate work environment or that threaten the Company’s assets may be reported.

The Ethical ine is confidential, anonymous, and easy to use.

What to report?

Irregular actions, acts of corruption or fraud, suspicious or unusual activities.
Theft or misuse of assets.
Conflicts of interest.
Falsification of information or documentation, misuse of confidential information.
Workplace harassment or abuse of authority.
Non-compliance with the guidelines of the Code of Conduct or Company Policies
